Rafeeqa and Shahrizal's marriage is a family arrangement made when Rafeeqa is still young. Unwilling to commit, she sees the marriage as a burden. Thus, Rafeeqa does not hesitate to continue her studies in Sunderland without considering her husband's feelings, who loves her dearly.
